Refund Policy
Session fees and creative services are non-refundable. These fees reserve your date and time and cover the pre-production work, the photographer's time during the shoot, and the artistic editing process. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least [e.g., 48 hours] in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Digital Images
Physical Products (Prints, Albums, etc.)
We guarantee the quality of our physical products. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect color, faulty binding), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address]. We will require photos of the damage/defect. Upon approval, we will gladly arrange for a repair or a full reprint of the item at no cost to you.
Incorrect Item: If you receive an item you did not order (e.g., wrong photo, wrong size), please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
Change of Mind / Returns: Due to the custom-made nature of all our prints, albums, and other physical products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each product is created specifically for your order based on your selected images and specifications.
